How to come? Transfers can be organized from Annecy's train or bus station (both are very close). Please don't forget to indicate your time of arrival (if possible on Sunday December 3rd, afternoon) or departure when you register on the Azur-colloque link. From Krakow: very convenient flights from Krakow to Geneva by Easyjet (less than 200 Zlotys). Then from Geneva airport to Annecy bus station by taking a Transalis bus (around 8 euros).
